Welcome to Ripple Enterprise. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your organizational data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI agent governance platform and CLI tools.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the absolute minimum data required to provide our cryptographic audit services:

  • Account Information: Email addresses, organization names, and hashed passwords used for authentication.
  • Audit Telemetry: Cryptographic hashes of code payloads, Git commit SHAs, branch names, and actor identities (Git emails/names) transmitted via the Ripple CLI.
  • Billing Data: Processed securely via our Merchant of Record (Paddle). We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

Zero-Trust Guarantee

We do not clone, store, or transmit your proprietary source code to our servers. The Ripple CLI analyzes your Abstract Syntax Tree (AST) locally on your machine and only transmits cryptographic receipts and metadata.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to:

  • Provide tamper-evident SOC2 compliance ledgers for your organization.
  • Enforce GitHub Pull Request status checks via webhook integration.
  • Process subscription billing and manage API key lifecycles.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share necessary metadata only with critical infrastructure partners (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for edge routing, Paddle for payment processing, and GitHub for CI/CD integration).
