Effective Date: June 2026
By accessing or using Ripple Enterprise Cloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Ripple provides an AI agent governance platform consisting of an open-source local CLI tool and a closed-source cloud dashboard. The cloud service receives, stores, and verifies cryptographic receipts of code audits to enforce GitHub Pull Request status checks.
Paid features (such as unlimited audits and SOC2 compliance exports) require an active subscription.
Ripple provides a deterministic intent-enforcement mechanism, but we do not guarantee the absolute security of your codebase. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Ripple be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of autonomous AI agents or our Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if your usage significantly exceeds average norms, if you attempt to bypass our rate limiters, or if you violate our acceptable use policy.
